Crispy and flavorful buffalo chicken taquitos perfect for game day or a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface and place a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture and some cheese in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos, seam-side down, until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra spice, consider adding fresh jalapeños to the filling or serve with a spicier dipping sauce. If you have leftover rotisserie chicken, it works great in this recipe.
