  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup plant-based cheese
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat the buffalo sauce and add the tofu, cooking until heated through and well-coated.
  3. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. In another pot, combine plant-based milk, plant-based cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Drain the macaroni and add it to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  6. Serve the macaroni topped with the buffalo tofu and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
