- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens
- Slice chicken, combine with pasta and sauce, garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes
