A comforting and creamy dish combining tender steak and cheese-filled tortellini cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 package cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet. Sear until browned.
- Transfer the steak mixture to a slow cooker.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add cheese-filled tortellini to the slow cooker.
- Once done, stir gently and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
