- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions, cooking until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate chicken in Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. You can use different types of pasta and add vegetables like zucchini for variety.
