- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook steak to desired doneness.
- Remove steak and let rest before slicing.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Combine pasta with sauce, top with sliced steak.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

- Can substitute chicken for steak if preferred.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for desired spice level.
- For dairy-free version, use coconut cream and nutritional yeast.
