- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb tender steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with Cajun seasoning, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and steak back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Consider adjusting the amount of Cajun seasoning for more or less heat. Additional vegetables like bell peppers or onions can enhance the dish.
