- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well.
- Gradually add in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, season with salt and black pepper, and stir until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water. For serving, consider adding additional Parmesan and parsley for garnish.
