  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well.
  6. Gradually add in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  7. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, season with salt and black pepper, and stir until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water. For serving, consider adding additional Parmesan and parsley for garnish.
