Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh calamari, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry calamari
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Marinate calamari for 15 minutes
- Preheat grill to high heat
- Grill calamari 2-3 minutes per side
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
