Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, sour cream, eggs, and melted butter.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Brush top with melted butter immediately after baking.
