Ingredients
1 lb (454 g) ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp (5 ml) each of steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
1/2 tsp (3 ml) oregano
2 TBSP (30 ml) A 1 Steak Sauce
1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s beef broth
1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s milk
8 oz (227 g) can of tomato sauce
2 1/2 cup (600 ml) s spiral pasta
2 cup (480 ml) s shredded moz zarella cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the minced beef in a frying pan on medium-high heat until it browns.
2. Incorporate the diced onion and green bell pepper into the pan.
3. Remove excess fat from the pan and season with steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
4. Pour in the beef broth, add A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and uncooked spiral pasta. The pasta will cook in the mixture.
5. Mix everything thoroughly and allow it to gently bubble. Place a lid over the pan and reduce the heat to low.
6. Let it cook with the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Mix in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Cover again until the cheese melts.
