- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the beef mixture evenly, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Add a layer of frozen tater tots over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
