Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions and peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and provolone cheese. Cook until the cheese melts, and the sauce thickens.
