Ingredients

- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- All-purpose flour (for gravy)
- Milk (for gravy)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare hashbrown base according to package instructions
- Brown turkey sausage and prepare gravy
- Layer hashbrowns in baking dish
- Top with sausage gravy
- Add cheese blend
- Place biscuits on top
- Bake until biscuits are golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Notes
- Can be made vegetarian by substituting turkey sausage with plant-based sausage or mushrooms
- Can be prepared the night before – store components separately
