Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 12 rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 ripe yellow peaches, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 6 slices prosciutto, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Toast crostini in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Tear the burrata into pieces and spread onto each crostini.
  4. Top each crostini with 1-2 peach slices.
  5. Drape half a slice of prosciutto over each crostini.
  6. Garnish with torn basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle with honey and a small amount of olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  9. If desired, add a light drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
