A hearty and comforting beef and cabbage casserole that’s perfect for family dinners
Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium green cabbage, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft
- Mix in chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes
- Add cream of mushroom soup and beef broth
- Transfer to casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly
Notes
- Make sure to drain excess fat after browning the beef
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months
