- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: diced jalapeños or hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until the mixture turns creamy.
- Lay out the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread an even amount of the cheesy chicken filling onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top the filling with fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions. If desired, sprinkle on diced jalapeños for added heat.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a secure wrap filled with cheesy goodness.
- If desired, heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
