- 1 package (8 oz.) egg noodles

- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt, and white sugar, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- In a large baking dish, layer the cooked egg noodles, then add the beef and sauce mixture on top, swirling in the creamy mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
