  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt, and white sugar, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  7. In a large baking dish, layer the cooked egg noodles, then add the beef and sauce mixture on top, swirling in the creamy mixture evenly.
