Description

A nostalgic and hearty casserole combining ground beef, frozen cubed potatoes, creamy soups, and melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz) bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions and peppers
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, frozen potatoes, both cans of soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Customize seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, or add some jalapeños for a spicy kick.
