- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (28 oz) bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions and peppers
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, frozen potatoes, both cans of soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Customize seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, or add some jalapeños for a spicy kick.
