  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef and cooked rice.
  5. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a slightly golden top.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
