  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (with juice)

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. In your skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the uncooked elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes (with juice), and beef broth, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
  5. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
