Description

Deliciously crispy baby potatoes tossed in ranch seasoning and topped with melted cheese, perfect as a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes
