- 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- In a large pot or slow cooker, combine cream cheese and liquid ingredients over low heat.
- Gradually add shredded cheeses while stirring constantly to prevent graininess.
- Add Rotel tomatoes and jalapeños if using.
- Continue stirring until all ingredients are completely melted and combined.
- Adjust consistency if needed by adding more cheese to thicken or milk to thin.
