Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage, breaking it into pieces, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant for about one minute.
- Lower the heat, add the heavy cream, and stir until combined.
- Gradually add the cheese, mixing well, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
