Ingredients
- Tortillas
- Ground beef or turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Oil (for frying)
- Chopped onions (optional)
- Chopped bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, cook until thickened.
- Lay out a tortilla and place some of the meat mixture in the center, add cheese, and any optional ingredients.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose filling.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tortilla rolls until golden on all sides.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
