  • – 2 cups (470 ml) whole milk

  • – 3/4 cup (75 g) grated vegetarian hard cheese
  • – 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
  • – salt and pepper to taste

  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) parsley, chopped

Instructions
