Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown
- Mix Asiago, cream, and chicken broth to create sauce
- Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes
Notes
- Make sure chicken is cooked through before serving
- You can substitute Asiago with Parmesan if needed
