Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken apple sausages
- 24 oz baby potato medley
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Chop the baby potatoes and broccoli. Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
- Toss the chopped potatoes and carrots with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a large sheet pan.
- Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- While the potatoes roast, mix the chopped broccoli with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- After 20 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven. Move the potatoes and carrots to one side and spread the broccoli on the other side. Roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Afterward, return the pan to the oven, making space for the sliced chicken sausage. Roast again for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through.
- Finally, remove the pan and drizzle maple syrup over the broccoli, potatoes, and carrots. Adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Mix everything and roast for the last 10 minutes.
Notes
For a more colorful dish, consider adding bell peppers or zucchini. Ensure all vegetables are approximately the same size for even cooking.
