Description

A comforting casserole featuring layers of tater tots, shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all topped with bubbling cheese.


Ingredients

  • 32 ounces tater tots (Ore-Ida)
  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing, divided (Hidden Valley Ranch)
  • 15 ounces cream of chicken soup (Pacific Foods Organic)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded leftover or rotisserie chicken
  • 15 ounces French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 45 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (Hormel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the tater tots with half of the dry ranch dressing in a ziplock bag.
  3. Pour the coated tater tots into a baking pan.
  4. Combine the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, remaining ranch dressing, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  5. Add the shredded chicken and drained green beans to the mixture and stir.
  6. Spread this mixture on top of the tater tots in the baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes after baking for easier serving.
