- 32 ounces tater tots (Ore-Ida)
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing, divided (Hidden Valley Ranch)
- 15 ounces cream of chicken soup (Pacific Foods Organic)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded leftover or rotisserie chicken
- 15 ounces French-style green beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4–5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (Hormel)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix the tater tots with half of the dry ranch dressing in a ziplock bag.
- Pour the coated tater tots into a baking pan.
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, remaining ranch dressing, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken and drained green beans to the mixture and stir.
- Spread this mixture on top of the tater tots in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes after baking for easier serving.
