Description

Delicious chicken bacon ranch fries that combine crispy fries with tender chicken, crunchy bacon, and gooey melted cheese for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen French fries (homemade fries if preferred)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package, typically around 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook according to package directions, about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries are baking, cook and crumble the bacon if not already prepared. Heat up the cooked chicken in a pan or microwave if necessary. Season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the fries are cooked and crispy, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the fries. Add the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon on top.
  4. Return the fries to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove the cheesy fries from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing over the top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley for a pop of freshness and color.
  7. Serve immediately while the fries are hot and crispy. Add extra ranch on the side for dipping if desired.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding jalapeños or your preferred hot sauce. Fresh ingredients significantly enhance taste, and try customizing toppings to suit your palate.
