- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until golden.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juice.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken breasts in another skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Serve the chicken breasts topped with the mushroom sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for even cooking. For a thicker sauce, simmer longer; for a lighter sauce, add a splash of chicken broth.
