Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

  5. Slowly whisk in chicken stock to prevent lumps.
  6. Add diced potatoes and bring to a simmer; cook for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  7. Stir in shredded chicken, peas, and corn; simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper; stir in cream just before serving.
