- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- Fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 12-16 meatballs.
- Pan-fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, make Alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding cream and broth.
- Simmer sauce until thickened, then add meatballs.
- Serve over cooked fettuccine pasta.
Notes
- Make sure not to overwork the meat mixture when forming meatballs.
- Cook meatballs until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
