  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, and oregano. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.
