- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and add garlic to the pan, sautéing for 30 seconds.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley.
