Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic
  6. Add white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 3-4 minutes
