- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Resting the chicken after cooking helps retain moisture. Consider adding lemon zest or Parmesan cheese as additional garnishes.
