- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in Parmesan mixture
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
