Ingredients

- 1 pound red chili peppers
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and roughly chop the chili peppers, removing stems
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves
- Blend peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a food processor
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the blended mixture for 10-15 minutes
- Cool and transfer to a sterilized glass jar
