Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor.
