- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro, if desired.
