Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon s honey (30 ml)
  • 4 fresh figs

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Wash the fresh figs under cold water and pat them dry.
  5. Cut the figs into thin slices, discarding the stems.
  6. Arrange the fig slices evenly over the spread yogurt layer.
  7. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over the figs and yogurt.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer.
  10. Break or cut the yogurt bark into pieces of desired size.
  11. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
