- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (plus more for frying)

- Cooking spray (if using air fryer)
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine egg white, warm water, and oil in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, kneading until smooth.
- Cover dough and let rest for 30 minutes (or overnight in refrigerator).
- Heat oil to 375°F in a deep pot or wok.
- Shape dough into long strips and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For overnight preparation, bring dough to room temperature for 30 minutes before using.
- Maintain oil temperature at 375°F for best results.
- Don’t overcrowd the pot while frying.
- Air fryer option: Spray with cooking spray, cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
