- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips.
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables become tender.
- Pour in the beef broth, bring the mixture to a simmer, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice.
