Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
- On one slice of bread, layer the chicken mixture, followed by sliced avocado and cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
For extra richness, spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the bread. Consider adding jalapeños for extra heat.
