Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer the chicken mixture, followed by sliced avocado and cheese.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
