Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  5. On each tortilla, layer the rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, sliced chicken, and a drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
