- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- On each tortilla, layer the rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, sliced chicken, and a drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Consider toasting the tortillas on the grill for added texture. Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
