  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s powdered sugar
  • 20 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt, mixing until the texture is smooth. Gradually incorporate the fruit juice, beating until the consistency becomes light and fluffy. Set this mixture aside.
  2. In another bowl that has been chilled, whip the heavy cream until it starts forming soft peaks. Add the fruit juice, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar, and continue whipping until the mixture forms stiff peaks and is smooth enough to spread.
  3. Place the Oreo cookies in a sealable plastic bag. Crush them into fine, uniform crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.
  4. To make layering easier, transfer both the cheesecake mixture and the whipped cream into separate piping bags (optional). In four small dessert glasses or cups, start by adding a layer of crushed Oreos, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat these layers once more.
  5. With a star piping tip, such as Tip #1M, create a decorative swirl of whipped cream on the top layer. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs. Serve right away or keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
