Description
Delicious clusters of Greek yogurt mixed with strawberries, coated in rich chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters. Aim to create about 10 clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the clusters until they are completely solid, approximately 1-2 hours.
- While the clusters freeze, melt the chocolate by combining the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
- Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and carefully dip each one into the melted chocolate using a spoon.
- Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Return the clusters to the freezer for a few more minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Customize with additional toppings like nuts or coconut flakes if desired.
