  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) cinnamon (such as Supreme Saigon®)
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing and dusting it with flour.
  2. In a stand mixer equipped with a paddle attachment, place the flour, sugar, milk, chocolate chips, softened butter, egg, baking powder, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and salt. Mix on a low setting for 30 seconds while constantly scraping the sides of the bowl. Increase to a high setting and blend for 3 minutes, occasionally scraping down the bowl. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan you prepared.
  3. Place in the oven that was preheated and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until inserting a toothpick in the center leaves it clean. Allow it to cool on a rack.
