Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed cinnamon rolls
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare springform pan
- Mix crushed cinnamon rolls with melted butter for crust
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla
- Pour half batter, swirl cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter
- Bake in water bath for 60-70 minutes
- Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight
Notes
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting
- Use a water bath to prevent cracking
- Allow cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating
