  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare springform pan
  2. Mix crushed cinnamon rolls with melted butter for crust
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla
  5. Pour half batter, swirl cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter
  6. Bake in water bath for 60-70 minutes
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight
