- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Butter for cooking

Instructions
- Separate cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl
- Dip each cinnamon roll into egg mixture, coating both sides
- Cook in buttered skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
- Drizzle with reserved icing or maple syrup before serving
Notes
- Keep the icing at room temperature while preparing the French toast
